The connection to plants and flowers began when I was so small. I remember or at least I think I do, as I have a picture to recall it, touching blades of grass and the petals of daisy's with my great grandmother on cape cod. I used to hide in the dunes on her beach there. I'd revel in the quiet behind the waves, sunshine beaming down, and lie still on the sands and listen to the rustle of the dunes and slight sound of the waves. When driving past fields in college, I would repeatedly stop the car to take photographs and run in the fields and meadows and open landscapes. Gathering all the goldenrod and late summer asters. Mountainside blue bells are my favorite color and it is with nature where I feel most at home. Designing with flowers we grow makes for an organic and artfully designed experience for your most special day and event. We gather an array of foraged and cultivated flowers from our fields with wild botanicals and foliage, searching for subtle shades of color, tone and texture. We are drawn to the movement and quality of the plants which inspire our process and connection to the land.
